MP Metro Recruitment 2024:- The Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL), has release notification for MP Metro Vacancy, it’s a joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, MP Metro Bharti is undertaking the Bhopal Metro Rail Project and Indore Metro Rail Project in both project candidates can apply for metro job. In line with its commitment to advancing these projects, MPMRCL is inviting applications for various backlog posts on a “Deputation/Contract/Re-employment” basis.
MP Metro Vacancy Positions
1. Joint General Manager / Sr. Deputy General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Design)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Preference for candidates with M.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: If we talk about experience in all general manager it’s required extensive experience in designing bridges, metro stations, and other structures.

2. Deputy General Manager (Land and Property Development)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Desirable qualification includes MBA in Finance or Marketing.
- Experience: Candidates those who have experience in land acquisition, R&R, environment clearances, and property development they can apply for mp metro recruitment.

3. Deputy General Manager (Procurement)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in contract management, procurement, tendering process, and construction of depots and metro stations.

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: In Assistant Manager Vacancy candidates must have a knowledge of contract management, online bid process, and construction of metro infrastructure if you have basic knowledge then also you can apply for this post.

MP Metro Recruitment Pay Scales and Grades:
- Joint General Manager: E6, ₹90,000-₹2,40,000 (Contract), Parent Pay plus allowances (Deputation)
- Senior Deputy General Manager: E5, ₹80,000-₹2,20,000 (Contract), Parent Pay plus allowances (Deputation)
- Deputy General Manager: E4, ₹70,000-₹2,00,000 (Contract), Parent Pay plus allowances (Deputation)
- Assistant Manager: E2, ₹50,000-₹1,60,000 (Contract), Parent Pay plus allowances (Deputation)
MP Metro Bharti Age Limit and General Conditions:
1. Age Limit:
- Deputation: Maximum 58 years (60 years if retirement age is 62 years in the current organization).
- Re-employment: Maximum 63 years.
- Contract: 50 years for managerial positions, 45 years for Assistant Manager.
2. The number of posts is subject to change.
3. Post qualification experience is mandatory.
4. Management reserves the right to assess candidates’ fitness for the roles.
5. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Madhya Pradesh or outside.
6. Benefits as per company policy.
7. Candidates must accept offers within seven working days.
