MP Guest Teacher Bharti:- The Education Department and the Tribal Department have issued orders regarding the recruitment and joining of guest teachers in government schools in Madhya Pradesh. According to the orders issued by DPI Public Education Bhopal, the process for the joining and appointment of guest teachers in schools will begin on the 1st of the month. Priority will be given to guest teachers who worked in the academic year 2023-24. All candidates must join online through the portal of guest faculy from the 1st to the 7th. After this, the process will be for new or fresh guest teachers.

For schools where regular teachers are absent for the entire academic session, principals must update the vacant positions on the portal by providing reasons and relevant orders. - Guest teachers will be placed only against vacant positions displayed on the portal for the academic year 2024-25.
- Candidates who do not meet the prescribed criteria will not be appointed.
- Schools with pre-existing panels of guest teachers will prioritize these teachers as per the regulations.
- Guest teachers must join using their login ID within the specified timeframe.
- Guest teachers must report to their assigned schools by August 7, 2024. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their joining order.
Categories and Salary of MP Guest Teacher Bharti 2024
- Category Varg1: 177,000 positions, monthly salary of ₹18,000
- Category Varg2: 40,000 positions, monthly salary of ₹14,000
- Category Varg3: 22,000 positions, monthly salary of ₹10,000
These salary are based on working days. If a guest teacher is absent on working days, their salary will be deducted accordingly.

Despite the recruitment drive, there are concerns among guest teachers. Those who were previously displaced due to promotions, transfers, or new recruitments are not mentioned in the current orders.
