Special Note: Late Fee Rs. 2000/- As per the orders of the Honorable Vice Chancellor, a special facility is being provided for the benefit of the students. After filling the examination application form along with a financial fee of Rs. 2000/-, it will be mandatory to submit the examination application form to the Principal/Head of the Department in the University on the same day.

| 1 | The application forms for the examination are available on the college’s approval link and can be downloaded using the G2G login ID of MP Online. After approval by the college, the examination fee can be paid at any MP kiosk center online. |
| 2 | Without registration in the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC), the examination form of any student should not be sent to the University by the concerned school/college. |
| 3 | The examination forms of students sent by the concerned school/college will not be accepted without registration in the Academic Bank of Credit (ABC). |
| 4 | If examination forms are sent or accepted without Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) registration, the entire responsibility will be of the concerned school/college. |
| 5 | ABC ID is to be filled on the SWAN prescribed in the examination application form. While approving the examination application form by the college, the entire responsibility of verifying the ABC ID will rest with the Principal of the college. It is mandatory to attach a computer-generated copy of ABC ID along with the hard copy of the examination application form. |
