MP Chief Minister Fellowship Program Direct Joining to Get Job in Collectorate and a Salary of 40,000

MP government is launching the Chief Minister’s Fellowship Program, which will provide job opportunities for young individuals to work with bureaucrats and collectors.

Under this program, young people will be connected with high-ranking bureaucrats. The government will select 200 youths who have passed their 10th grade, undergraduate, and postgraduate studies with first-class marks and who exhibit creativity in their work.

Out of these, 50 youths will work with collectors, while the remaining 150 will be attached to officers of the rank of Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Secretary.

The rationale behind this initiative is to improve government schemes through the ideation of these young individuals. They will assist in presentations of various plans. The proposal has received high-level theoretical approval and is now awaiting the Chief Minister’s final consent.

To join the Chief Minister’s Fellowship Program, candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old. The government aims to give opportunities to energetic young people. Initially, they will work for two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension. A stipend of 40,000 rupees per month will be provided.

The previous Congress government had started the Yuva Mitra Internship Scheme, which was discontinued by the BJP government upon coming to power. After facing opposition for shutting it down, the government is now reintroducing it as the Chief Minister’s Fellowship Program.

Participants will study government schemes, promote them, and engage with beneficiaries. Their input will be sought in planning processes to improve these schemes, although their suggestions are not guaranteed to be implemented.
